 Contract

Sales Agreement

The following agreement is between _____________________________ (breeder), hereafter

referred to as "Seller", and _____________________________________, hereafter referred to as "Purchaser".

In consideration of a purchase price $_______________ dollars, of which ($ 50.00) is a non-refundable deposit, the Seller transfers in fee simple all rights, privileges and responsibilities associated with the ownership of the male/ female dog to the Purchaser as of the date and time specified below.

Purchaser has the right to return the dog to Seller during the first 24 hours from the date and time of signiture of this agrrement for credit in the amount of the purchase price toward the acquistion of another animal from the Seller; or for a refund of the purchase price less the non-refundable Surety of Action deposit portion on all local sales. Local sales are defined as being within 30 minutes by car between Seller's and Purchaser's residences.

Long-distance sales are defined as being beyond 30 minutes by car. In such cases Purchaser has the right to return the dog to Seller within 5 days from the time and sate of this agreement for credit in the amount  of of the purchase price toward the acquistion of another dog from Seller; or for a refund of the purchase price less the non-refundable Surety of Action deposit.

Seller assigns Purchaser the option to acquire the dog described below, guaranteeing that the dog will not be sold to any party other than the Purchaser for a period of ___________ days. At the time Purchaser acquires physical possession of the dog, that portion of the deposit taken and known as Surety of Action shall be applied to the purchase price.
